Bilingual Teacher Residency

In partnership with the Los Angeles Unified School District, CSU Dominguez Hills was awarded ten $15,000 scholarships for the 2019-2020 academic school year for Spanish bilingual students who wish to teach in dual immersion programs. This year, selected candidates will be teaching side-by-side with an exemplary bilingual master teacher in a dual immersion classroom in Local District South to complete a year residency that will better prepare them to enter the teaching field.
